This accolade, established by the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture in the School of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University, stands as a testament to Caitlin's unwavering dedication and passion for the field of education. The Liberty Hill Independent School District (ISD) takes immense pride in celebrating Caitlin's remarkable achievements. The 'Always Expect More of Aggie Teachers' Award, aims to commend outstanding TLAC Clinical Teachers for their exceptional dedication and work ethic in the teaching profession. University Supervisors and Cooperating Teachers nominate these educators, who, upon receiving the award, are honored by the department with a certificate and monetary prize.

A committee comprising members from TLAC Faculty, TLAC Graduate Program, and TLAC Field Experiences Office selects the recipient.
